Congratulations to Des Stewart for winning this prestigious election to represent Texas at the national level!

Brandon Enos, Gunter ISD superintendent, was also in the running for this election. Only one vacancy was available, and both Des and Brandon were up against several candidates representing much larger districts.  Brandon and Des are just two of the 403 TREA student-based superintendents that go above and beyond in serving our 495,000 students, and have additional achievements such as the Thompson Academy and National Superintendent Certification.
