Flow Forms and TREA Launch Pilot to Digitize PD Requests for Rural Texas Districts

Rural school districts in Texas run leaner than most. A single secretary or curriculum director often handles workflows that larger districts split across an entire department. So when a process like a Professional Development Request moves through a building, the friction lands hard: a form gets walked from a teacher to a principal, sits on a desk, gets re-keyed somewhere downstream, and a week later somebody is asking where the approval went.

Flow Forms is partnering with the Texas Rural Education Association to do something about that.

We're opening 10 pilot spots for rural Texas districts. Each participating district gets their Professional Development Request workflow built and running on Flow Forms, free for the first year. Teachers submit digitally. Principals approve from one place. Your business office sees every PD dollar tracked against budget in real time. We picked PDR as the focus because every district has the process, and rural districts feel the paper burden hardest with lean admin teams.
