Teacher Of the Year and Superintendent Of the Year awards were first introduced in 2007 by Dr. Don Rogers with Principal and School Board added later.

Teacher Of the Year is the keynote speaker at the Awards Lunch during the TREA Annual Conference.

New for 2024, Paraprofessional Of the Year will be recognized. TREA is excited to honor such an important position in every district. Look back through past OTY winners here.
