Guess who came to the reception and dinner in Lubbock at the TREA Bond Workshop?  Laura's husband Hunter works for Frenship ISD and attended the workshop.  Laura Howell is a 2016 TREA Scholarship recipient, currently teaches in Tahoka and will teach in Frenship next year.  She got a round of applause from the dinner attendees!
